UnitedWellness.com collects minimal information. Specifically:
When you visit the Site, our analytics provider automatically collects general, non-identifying information including your browser type, approximate geographic region (not your precise location), pages visited, time on page, and referring URL. This data is aggregated and used only to understand how visitors use the Site.
If you submit your email address to join a notification list (such as the Sleep category early-access list), we collect only that email address. You are not required to provide your name, phone number, health history, or any other identifying information.
The Site includes a short quiz to help you identify relevant wellness categories. Your responses to these quiz questions are used only to navigate you within the Site. Some of those providers may use tracking technologies on their own pages to measure referral traffic and calculate affiliate commissions. We do not control those tracking mechanisms. Review each provider's privacy policy before submitting personal or health information to them.

Because we do not collect personal health information linked to your identity, HIPAA's privacy and security rules do not govern our operations. We apply data minimization regardless: we collect the least amount of information necessary to operate the Site. UnitedWellness.com does not sell personal information. The limited personal information we collect (email addresses from notification sign-ups) is used only for the stated purpose of sending a launch notification.
