Vitamins should not be plastic products from chemical manufacturers - but many are.

The Vitamin Myth
Few people know the truth about vitamins. For the most part we assume they are all the same and just shop for the best price. But all vitamins are not the same - and some can actually do more harm than good.

Of course, we have to take a vitamin in the first place fir it to have any chance of helping us nutrition-wise. But if the vitamin is not a true organic, 'natural food' vitamin, the body will not benefit from it nearly as much as a standard buy-it-a-the-grocery-store vitamin.
